Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the delivery date for international customers provided that the item is returned in new condition with no signs of wear and tear, and with all the hangtags affixed and untampered.

Due to the high cost of shipping, international customers are required to generate the return shipping for exchanges. We ask that you please ensure that you have ordered the correct item in the correct size. International customers will be allowed only one (1) exchange, in which customers will be required to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement jacket back out to you.

When shipping back for an exchange, you may use any carrier to do so, but please be sure to please confirm the return address with us before shipping. This address will be provided to you once you reach out with your request via email or our LiveChat services.

When you are returning the coat to us at your own cost, you may mark the package as ‘returned goods’ via customs when you are prompted to do so by the shipping carrier. This will result in a much lower charge, as duty and taxes are higher when items are purchased, rather than returned. The cost for the replacement shipment back to you is completely covered by us for your allowed one (1) exchange.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges on items that were not purchased through our website or were bought through a third party or intermediary.
