Our customer support is only available for customers who have placed their orders directly through our website or through Amazon. Additionally, this includes orders from Macy's, The Bay, and Nordstrom placed on their online marketplaces.

For all other third-party orders, we ask that you contact the seller directly through the appropriate channels through which the order was placed.
