Who pays for shipping for warranty related issues?Updated 3 years ago
If the issue falls within our warranty policy and the item is within the 30-day return period from the ship date, we will provide you a prepaid return label to send the item back to us for inspection.
If the issue falls within our warranty policy and the item was purchased past our 30-day return period (but less than a year), the customer will be required to cover the cost of shipping the item to us.
Please note that we provide a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty against any material defects or issues that may have been caused during production. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse.
