All Triple F.A.T Goose products purchased through our website (www.triplefatgoose.com) are fully covered by a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty that protects the original purchaser against any manufacturing defects or issues in the workmanship and/or materials that may have been caused during production. In the event of a manufacturer's defect, we will repair the product or replace the item with the same or similar item at our discretion. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse. Only original materials and workmanship are covered by this warranty. 

To contact us regarding warranty-related issues with your purchase, please chat with one of our representatives during standard business hours or leave us a message with your order number specified in the subject line of the email. In the body of the email, please explain in detail the defect(s) including any pictures showing the issue(s). 

Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and is void if the item(s) was purchased from a third party or intermediary.
