If you're expecting a refund and it's not showing in your account, we can provide evidence of the processed refund after 7 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within one business day and process your return.
Once processed, you will receive an automated email confirming your refund approval. For refunds, please allow 2-3 business days for most common payment methods to process back to your account.
For payments by eCheck, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to process into your bank.
