The tracking shows that the item has been delivered, but I did not receive my package.Updated 3 years ago

In the event that your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, but you did not receive it, we ask that you first check with your neighbors, doorman, friends, and/or family members as we find that most oftentimes they are holding the package on your behalf. To avoid these instances, purchasing signature confirmation is recommended.

If you are still unable to locate the package, please leave us a message or reach out to us via our LiveChat service on our website.

If this occurs on a weekend and we are contacted, rest assured we will follow up immediately on the next business day. We will coordinate with the carrier and start a lost package investigation. Please be aware for UPS and USPS, the average time for investigations is 8-10 business days.

During this time, we cannot send out any replacements, refunds, or change any order details. Approval via the shipping carrier is required to proceed with any replacements or refunds.

If you are reaching out to us to start an investigation, please provide your order number, and the best contact number and email to reach you. As per the investigation, the shipping carrier will reach out to confirm the details as well. They will attempt to do this a total of 3 times. If their inquiry goes unanswered, they will deny the claim for your investigation. You can also reach out to them once the investigation is started, if you prefer not to wait for them to contact you.
