You may return items from your order within 30 days of the delivery date (as noted by the shipping carrier). No returns are allowed after 30 days. All items must be in unworn condition, with no stains, tears, or visible signs of use or wear, and with original hang tags still affixed and untampered with.
Due to the high cost of shipping, international customers are required to generate the return shipping for returns. We ask that you please ensure that you have ordered the correct item in the correct size.
To initiate a return, please message us through our chat service via our website during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST). If you need assistance outside of these hours, you may email us, and we will respond promptly.
When shipping back for a return, you may use any carrier to do so, but please be sure to confirm the return address with us before shipping. This address will be provided to you once you reach out with your request via email or our LiveChat services.
Please provide your order number and the reason for the return for refund. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different style, size, or color, you may return your item for a refund within the return window and place a new order for your desired item.
When generating your shipping label for the return, you may mark the package as ‘returned goods’ via customs when you are prompted to do so by the shipping carrier. This will result in a lower charge, as duty and taxes are higher when items are sold and shipped, rather than returned back.
