Return Policy

For international orders, items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, as noted by the shipping carrier. Returns will not be accepted outside of this 30-day window.

Items must be unworn, with no stains, tears, or visible signs of use, and must have the original hang tags attached and untampered with.


 

How to Initiate a Return

International returns can be initiated directly through our Online Returns Portal.

When accessing chat, select the "Track and Manage My Orders" tab, sign in, and follow the prompts to begin your return. The portal will provide you with RMA instructions and the correct return address.

Please note that return shipping is not prepaid for international orders - you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipment separately using a carrier of your choice.


 

Return Shipping

For international returns, customers are responsible for generating and covering the cost of return shipping. You may use any shipping carrier, but we recommend confirming the return address with us before sending your item.

To help reduce fees, we recommend marking your return shipment as “returned goods” when prompted by your carrier during customs processing.

We kindly ask that international customers double-check item and size selections before ordering due to the cost of international return shipping.


 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, style, or color, you may return your item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you would like.


 

Return Timeline

To meet the 30-day return requirement, your package must be scanned by the carrier within the 30-day window. Once received, your return will be inspected and approved within one business day.

You’ll receive an automated email confirming your refund approval.


 

Refund Processing Times

Most refunds process within 2–3 business days after approval.For payments by eCheck, please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days, please contact us.
