If you would like to cancel your order, and the order has not shipped yet, please message us immediately on our LiveChat service or leave us a message on our site with your order number and request. Please let us know if you would like to cancel the order and the reason. Once we receive this information, we will notify you shortly thereafter if we were able to cancel your order.
In the event that the item has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order and the item would have to be returned. Please contact us (via message or talking with us on LiveChat) and open a request to return the item back to us.
Once we receive your communication, we will send you a return label to print out and use to send the item back to us.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund.
