If you would like to change your order, please contact us via our LiveChat services or leave us a message.
If the item has not shipped yet, we will do our best to change the order as requested and will notify you if we were able to make the necessary changes.
In the event that the item has already shipped, we cannot modify the order and the item would have to be returned. Please contact us (via message or talking with us on LiveChat) and open a request to return the item back to us.
Once we receive your communication, we will send you a return label to print out and use to send the item back to us.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund.
