I placed my order already, but I made a mistake and would like to change it. How can I do this?Updated 2 years ago

If you would like to change your order, please contact us via our LiveChat services or leave us a message.

If the item has not shipped yet, we will do our best to change the order as requested and will notify you if we were able to make the necessary changes.

In the event that the item has already shipped, the jacket can still be exchanged once you receive the order and send it back to us. Please message us on LiveChat or leave us a message with your order number and let us know that you would like to make an exchange and include the jacket that you would like to receive. Once we receive your email, we will email you a return label to print out and use to send the jacket back to us. Once we receive and inspect the jacket, we will send out the replacement jacket as requested.
