I placed my order already, but I made a mistake and would like to change it. How can I do this?Updated 10 days ago
If you would like to change your order, you can either contact us via our LiveChat service or make the change yourself through our customer service portal (as long as your order has not yet shipped).
If the item has already shipped, we cannot modify the order. In that case, you will need to return it and place a new order for your desired item. To start a return, visit our Online Returns Portal.
Through the portal, you can enter your order details, follow the return instructions, and generate your return label. If you added Checkout+ at checkout, your return shipping will be free. Otherwise, an $11 return shipping fee per jacket will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and typically appear within 2–3 business days (or 3–5 business days for eCheck payments).
