To cancel an order, simply reach out to us with the order number and request cancellation. If the order has not yet shipped, we can process the cancellation right away and you will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation and the refund process. In case the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation may not be possible, and you may need to go through the return process upon receipt of the item.
