Return Policy

For orders placed in the continental United States, items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, as noted by the shipping carrier.

 Returns will not be accepted outside of this 30-day window.Items must be unworn, with no stains, tears, or visible signs of use, and must have the original hang tags attached and untampered with.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Domestic returns can be initiated directly through our Online Returns Portal.

When accessing chat, select the "Track and Manage My Orders" tab, sign in, and follow the prompts to begin your return. The portal will provide you with RMA instructions and generate a return shipping label.

 

Return Shipping Fees

During checkout, you’ll have the option to enroll in Checkout+ for $5.98, which provides access to free return shipping within the 30-day return period window.

If you do not opt in to Checkout+, a return shipping fee of $11 per jacket will apply should a return be made within the 30-day return period window.

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, style, or color, you may return your item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you would like.

 

Return Timeline

To meet the 30-day return requirement, your return label must be scanned by the carrier within the 30-day window.

Once received, your return will be inspected and approved within one business day.

You'll receive an automated email confirming your refund processing and approval.

 

Refund Processing Times

Most refunds process within 2–3 business days after approval.

For payments by eCheck, please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days, please contact us.

*Shipping charges, including expedited shipping and signature confirmation, are non-refundable.

*We do not accept returns for items not purchased through our website or those purchased from third-party retailers.

*For returns of items purchased through Amazon, Macy’s, or Nordstrom, please initiate your return directly through their respective platforms.
