We can only issue refunds back to the original payment method that was used to make the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different credit card or account.
You should see it process into your bank within 2 business days, or 3-5 business days if it is by eCheck. You will also receive a follow-up email soon confirming the funds are being returned to you.
